INGREDIENTS: 2 tbsp Witch Hazel 2 tbsp Coconut Oil or Sweet Almond Oil 2 drops Lavender Essential Oil DIRECTIONS: 1. Combine all ingredients in small bottle. 2. Shake well before using. To use: Add a few drops to cotton pad & gently wipe eyelashes.
